Hidemitsu Furukawa will join the Tokyo Future Tour program at the Japan Mobility Show 2023 from October 28 to November 5. In the Food & Mobility area, visitors can see three kinds of 3D food printers (screw-type NP-2500, laser-type AISO1S, and inkjet) as well as the GelBiter, which performs food texture analysis using AI.
