3D Food Printer Revival！Paleontology Restaurant Menu Contest

The Paleontology Restaurant Menu Contest was held at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation in Tokyo on December 9, 2023. Companies participating in Yawaraka 3D Consortium’s food research group used 3D food printers to create and exhibit their own ingenious paleontological menus. Visitors voted for their favorites.
