Our 3D food printing and COOLD FOOD (powders from freezing and pulverization) projects were featured at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2024’s Showcase Program Future Food exhibition at Miraikan from April 27 through May 26, 2024. We also presented our Nigiris edible sushi that wiggles (!). https://www.sushitechtokyo2024-sc.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/module/booth/228110/211418/
▼SusHi Tech Tokyo cultivates Tokyo-based innovation in response to global urban challenges. For the 2024 edition, the City Leaders Program brought together leaders from cities across five continents; the Global Startup Program focused on entrepreneurship in Asia; and the Showcase Program envisioned “Tokyo in 2050” through hands-on events at Miraikan, Symbol Promenade Park, Odaiba Seaside Park area, and Tokyo Big Sight.
▼Nigiris Creatures are sushi-inspired food designs from biometric artist Kumakoro, generated using 3D food printing.
